Do you charge for quotes?
A standard call-out and assessment is R450, and it’s credited back in full if you go ahead with the work. Quotes on photos or plans are free.
Which areas do you cover?
Benoni, Boksburg, Brakpan, Kempton Park and the rest of the East Rand. For larger projects we travel further — ask when you get in touch.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. We are registered plumbers with full liability cover, and we issue plumbing compliance certificates where your municipality or insurer requires one.
How soon can you come out?
Routine work is usually booked within the week. Emergencies get same-day response — call rather than email for those.
Do you guarantee the work?
All workmanship is guaranteed. If something we did isn’t right, we come back and fix it at no charge.
