What new clients usually ask.
Is ad spend included in the retainer?
No. The retainer covers our work; ad spend is paid straight to the platforms from your own account, so you always see it.
Do you lock clients in?
No. Retainers run month to month with a month's notice. We would rather keep you because it is working.
Do you only work with Cape Town businesses?
Mostly, because shoots are easier in person — but strategy, social and ads work anywhere in South Africa.
How soon can you start?
Usually within two weeks of the first call, starting with a one-page strategy you sign off.
