Do I have to sign a sole mandate?
No. We recommend a sole mandate for a focused sale, but explain the options and let you choose.
How long does a sale take?
Usually six to twelve weeks from listing to an accepted offer, then roughly three months for bond approval and transfer.
What will it cost me to sell?
Agent's commission, agreed in writing upfront, plus compliance certificates such as electrical and beetle. The transfer costs are paid by the buyer.
