Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes, and they are gentle and eco-friendly. If you would rather we use your own products, just say so.
How are your cleaners vetted?
ID and references checked, a criminal record check, and training with a senior cleaner before anyone works alone in a client home.
What if something gets broken?
Tell us within 48 hours and our insurance covers it. More often, your cleaner will have told you first.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a gate code, which we store securely and never label with an address.
Can I skip a week?
Of course. Let us know 24 hours before and there is no charge.
