Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
Under the Competition Commission's automotive aftermarket guidelines, you may have an in-warranty car serviced at an independent workshop, provided the manufacturer's schedule is followed and approved parts are used — which is how we work. Check your warranty terms if you are unsure.
Do you use genuine parts?
Your choice: genuine or approved equivalent parts. Both are written on the quote, with the price of each, before we start.
How long will it take?
Most services and brake jobs are ready the same afternoon. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you when we quote.
Can you collect my car?
Yes, within ten kilometres of the workshop. Mention it when you book and we will arrange a time.
What if you find something else?
We phone you first, explain it and give you the price. Nothing extra is done without your yes.
