Clear numbers. Better decisions.

Accounting, tax and advisory for owner-run businesses in Rosebank and across Johannesburg β€” monthly numbers you actually understand, and a partner who tells you what they mean.

What we do

Three things, done properly

Management accounts, monthly

Management accounts, monthly

A close every month, a one-page summary in plain language, and a standing call to walk through it. You will always know your margin, your runway and your tax position.

Tax and compliance, handled

Tax and compliance, handled

Provisional tax, VAT, payroll and annual returns β€” filed on time, every time, with no surprises in February. We deal with SARS so you don’t have to.

Advisory, when it matters

Advisory, when it matters

Pricing a new line, hiring your first employee, buying out a partner β€” the decisions that only come up a few times. We have sat through hundreds of them.

From the client side

Before you ask

Fair questions

The things owners usually want to know before moving their numbers β€” answered plainly, with nothing hidden behind a click.

What does a monthly retainer cost?

A fixed monthly fee agreed upfront, based on the size and complexity of your business β€” most clients land between R4 500 and R15 000 a month. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

How painful is it to switch accountants?

Less than you fear. You sign one authorisation letter; we collect the records, take over the filings and tell your previous firm ourselves. Most handovers are done inside a month.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Xero and Sage, mostly β€” and if you are still on spreadsheets, we will move you onto one of them as part of onboarding, at no extra fee.

When should I call you instead of waiting for month-end?

Before any big decision β€” a hire, a lease, a price change, a letter from SARS. The retainer covers the phone calls; the expensive mistakes happen when clients wait.
